In 2018 after I had finished a two years project for the 300 years Anniversary of the Asparagus in Schwetzingen-Germany, Murielle Rousseau whom I have made 7 books with, asked me to collaborate for her new book about Provence.
This photographic journey opened not only my eyes but my taste buts as one can imagine!
In this 80 recipes and landscape book we literally gave our heart and soul to produce this 240 pages wonderful body of work.
